The CRUD "Continuous Restructured Upward Drift" search engine does something that no other search engine does. It is graphical based and continuously filters and floats data in the interface until a selection is made.
It works like a primordial soup. Information is represented by small bubbles or CRUD that float to the top.
It works like a ZEN diagram. By issuing commands the CRUD settles out and the more pertinent information floats to the top. It more like a paint program with various filters and methodolgies to choose from.
The end result is a SOUP that you can look at in text. By moving the cursor over (at any time) you can see in a small bubble window what the graphical bubble represents. The search engine is more intuituve to users who need not page through countless pages. All of the information initially is presented in pixles.
The weakness of most search engines is that they present only the first 100 or so pages of information that meet certain criterion. The chance of something bubbling up to the top is not very good. With the graphical interface then users can select CRUD from the bottom. The moment they look at the CRUD if they remain for any length of time then the CRUD will gain a higher rank and bubble up to a higher level.
Users say that they like the interface even through the cannot read the data. They can see certain CRUD moving which prompts them to explore.

The internet was officially replaced by the outernet which is the universal standard for all communication systems. outernet addresses are based on 3DGIOGMT or 3DGG coordinates and GMT time that locate the originating source and time of origination. All mobile sources have tethers which are their 3DGG origins, which are the 3DGG possessors ID and the current location. Location is tracked via EGPS trackers built into every communication device.
